UPPER EAST SIDE ONE-BEDROOM

FLOOR PLAN

Before Staging, this one-bedroom first-floor apartment was dark, tired, and uninspired. Clutter and random remaining furnishings from the last rental tenant did nothing to improve its negative impression.

During Staging, HUMANSCAPES developed a Staging Plan that repurposed several existing furniture pieces to respect the sellers’ modest budget, and then supplemented with furnishings from HUMANSCAPES’ inventory to create a warm and inviting environment that connected with potential purchasers.

After HUMANSCAPES Staging, this spacious one-bedroom’s charm and possibilities were clearly enhanced; highlighting the generous layout and many features uncommon in one bedroom apartments. Purchasers were very impressed and, even in a flat sales market, a near-asking bid was offered. The sellers happily accepted, and they were then free to enjoy their out-of-town home where they had already relocated.
