ESTATE-CONDITION TWO-BEDROOM

FLOOR PLAN

Before staging, buyers could not have seen past this estate-condition property’s many issues. All finishes were original to this 17-year old apartment, including tired brown carpet, original paint, fixtures, and appliances. And dreary, oversized, and crowded furniture concealed all potential that the space offered. The out-of-state executor was overwhelmed and anxious.

After minimal refreshing within the estate’s modest budget, HUMANSCAPES carefully selected furnishings and repurposed several existing pieces to create a fresh new tone to elevate the original condition and drew buyers’ attention to the generous room size, sun-filled exposures, and many options they could enjoy.

Even in a flat real estate market, the heirs were delighted to receive a near-asking offer from the first Open House, and then accepted an over-asking offer just two weeks after HUMANSCAPES completed the staging.
