THE RENAISSANCE TWO-BEDROOM

(“AFTER” photos by Martyn Gallina-Jones)

FLOOR PLAN

Before Staging, all the original fixtures had been well-maintained, yet, this unrenovated space in a buyers’ market would have taken time to sell even after being freshly painted. And the seller had removed most furnishings in anticipation of moving quickly to an already-purchased home.

During Staging, the austere environment was revitalized by selectively adding HUMANSCAPES’ furnishings and repurposing a few existing pieces to create an “urban cottage” style. This drew attention to the generous room size and sun-filled views of the building’s private courtyard.

After Staging, this sweet home attracted quite a few buyers even during the challenging Covid restrictions that prevented Open Houses, and a near-asking offer was accepted by the seller who was looking forward to moving on to their new home.
