THE MANOR, TUDOR CITY ONE-BEDROOM
(“AFTER” photos by Heidi Solander)
FLOOR PLAN
Before Staging, the sellers of this apartment in the established Tudor City community would have had difficulty attracting buyers who could see the value of this nicely-proportioned one-bedroom. Its true potential was concealed by a “tired” overall appearance, outdated upgrades, and disjointed finishes.
During Pre-Staging, HUMANSCAPES advised the sellers and brokers about updates to the kitchen and overall finishes. The cherry wood kitchen cabinets were refinished in a soft taupe that brightened the tiny space, and new hardware was selected and installed. New parchment-toned paint overall brought harmony to the entire property.
After Staging, HUMANSCAPES’ Staging Plan included a neutral color palette with black and terra cotta-toned accents for all furnishings and accessories to create a beautiful and unified appearance that is cohesive with the existing kitchen and bathroom finishes in this sweet home; and it sold for a near-asking price during Covid.
