About the Project
Before Staging, only buyers with vision, time, and resources to tackle complete renovations would have even considered this “ugly duckling” due to its neglected and damaged condition. During Pre-Staging, HUMANSCAPES recommended and supervised the makeover, including bathroom gut renovation, kitchen upgrades, new ceiling fixtures, refinished wood floors, skim coated and painted walls to produce a move-in-ready “gem on the hill” for any new owner. After Staging, this Studio became the “beautiful swan” it was intended to be. Now, its pristine condition and HUMANSCAPES’ Staging created an inviting, welcoming, and functional home for new buyers. In a competitive market, the California seller gladly accepted a near-asking offer.
