About the Project
Before staging, this turnkey townhouse was fully renovated in a loft-like style with many distinctive features and inclusions; yet, it seemed dark throughout and presented confusing layout challenges in its empty, unfurnished state. After a complete staging with HUMANSCAPES’ furnishings, the stunning contemporary details were emphasized while showcasing to buyers many options that could meet their family’s lifestyle needs. Prospective purchasers were then eager to make this unique property their new home and imagined themselves hosting family gatherings and events for years to come. Preview buyers submitted an over-asking offer even before the first Open House. Subsequent bids were also above the listed price. When the bidding deadline closed, the sellers accepted an offer nearly 14% over asking price.
